After Osborn revealed that he knew that Peter is a man-spider, he announces that he will protect his secret. It still chases Peter even when he returns home. Nico offers Peter to take the cinema, but he tells her he is having dinner with Osborn. In an empty restaurant, Peter tries to tell Osborn that he is not a “man-spider” but sees his lies. He reveals that after the salvation of his son Harry, he began to collect possible candidates for what was “Man-Spider”, eventually coming to Amadeus, Jeanne, Asha and Peter himself. He offers his services to help him, but Peter politely rejects him. Osborn leaves the door open only in case and checks.
